DIGITAL PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All products sold by Pathfinder Student Prep are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped.

Because customers receive immediate access to digital files after purchase, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations and generally do not provide refunds once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once or experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your files, please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. A refund may be considered when required by applicable law or when we are unable to provide the purchased digital product.

Before purchasing, please review the product description and compatibility information carefully. Customers are responsible for having the appropriate software, device, printer, and internet access needed to download, open, or print the files.

Digital products are for personal use only unless the applicable product listing expressly states otherwise. Files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, reproduced for commercial use, or uploaded to another website or platform.
